You’ve taken the first step. Booking a session is simple — choose the service that feels right for you, select a time that works, and come as you are.

What to Expect

Every session begins with a brief, private consultation so we can connect and clarify your intentions. From there, you’ll relax fully clothed on a comfortable massage table while I work with your energy field using gentle, intuitive hand placements. Sessions may also incorporate tuning forks, crystal bowls, and essential oils to deepen the healing experience.

Most clients leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and at peace. Some notice shifts right away; others experience changes in the days that follow. All experiences are welcome and valid.

Location

Sessions are held at Meta Life Center, 1200 NW 17th Ave #20, Delray Beach, FL 33445. Available Monday–Saturday by appointment.
